Very excited to be announcing the first in a series of Instagram photography workshops with @her_dark_materials at our country pub in the North Cotswolds. Ros Atkinson is a Cotswold based photographer with a portfolio spanning far and wide thanks to her success in the world of instagram and this will be the first time she has offered a class to divulge some of her tricks of the trade.

Time & Date: 10am - 4pm on Tuesday 14th August 2018

Venue: The Ebrington Arms, Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire, GL55 6NH

The day will consist of two workshops, a Cotswold National Trust tour and lunch at The Ebrington Arms.  Full details:

Morning Workshop - Introduction to Food Photography - Ros will reveal some of her techniques and skills to help you find your own photography style. Learn how to take good photos for instagram, develop your own brand and build your following. This workshop will give plenty of photography tips around lighting and styling. Fuelled by proper coffee & homemade cookies.

Lunch - Two course set menu at the pub, which has two AA Rosettes for food and last year won The Times No 1. UK Village Inn. The set menu will include a choice for you to both eat and photograph! 

Entry into Hidcote Manor Garden - Includes tickets into the National Trust house and garden, one of UK’s most celebrated Arts & Crafts English country gardens designed by Lawrence Johnstone.

Afternoon Workshop - Cake styling demo workshop. There will be a questions & answers session with time to have your photos critiqued.

Who will this course suit? - This course will suit people who predominantly use their smartphone or DSLR camera for photography to develop their food shots and and learn some new skills in the beautiful North Cotswolds. It will also appeal to those who want to develop photography for exteriors and outside photography - check out @her_light_materials if you haven’t already. Most importantly it will be a laidback, small group with plenty of 1:1 time. Ros and Claire will be with you throughout the day to answer any queries.
