Starters:

Game consommé with wild mushrooms & confit wild duck

Carpaccio of local venison, chestnut dressing

Warm salad of wood pigeon, pear, chicory & hazelnuts

Main Courses:

Ballotine of rabbit & foie gras, beetroot puree, fondant potato, cider jus

Pot roasted pheasant with shallots and caramelised apples

Wild boar sausages, bubble & squeak, roasted butternut squash, onion gravy

Desserts:

Treacle tart with vanilla custard

Chocolate crepe suzette

Cheeseboard with homemade bread, apple chutney, grapes & celery
