WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS, AGAIN!
THE EBRINGTON ARMS NAMED NORTH COTSWOLD PUB OF THE YEAR 2010






For the second year running, The Ebrington Arms has been named as the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) North Cotswold Pub of the Year 2010.

Once again, we saw off competition from over 80 excellent pubs and hotels in the region to be recognised for the flavour, quality and clarity of our beer, and for the atmosphere of the pub itself.

Every year representatives of CAMRA go secret squirrel up and down the country, tasting beer and soaking in the ambiance of the boozers (not bad work if you can get it), and once again they rated our pub’s beer and ambiance the best.

We can’t begin to tell you how thrilled and honoured we are, especially to have picked up this prestigious gong in 2009 too. It’s brilliant!

I jumped around and whooped for joy all day, while Jim, in an uncharacteristic outburst of excitement, proclaimed: 'Nice one.'

What’s more, we now go through to the South West region finals. Here’s hoping eh.

We’ll be celebrating all week with both our lovely locals and all of the rowdy revellers in town for the Cheltenham races. Please feel free to join us. We're so happy and we really want to say a huge thank you to all of the customers of the pub, restaurant and B&B for your continual support and encouragement – and of course a massive thanks to our fantastic staff.

It’s thanks to you all that the last couple of years have been so great for us.
