Ebrington’s Restaurant and Rooms Win AA’s Seal of Approval

We’ve always thought we’re pretty ace down at the Ebrington but now it appears that the AA agree...
Following a recent secret visit by an AA inspector the accommodation on offer at the Ebrington Arms has been awarded a
**** recommendation by the British motoring and travel giant.
According to the AA's website, a
four-star rating means we have been delivering an 'attentive, more personalised service. At least half of the bedrooms are en suite or have private bathrooms (from 1 Jan 2008). Very good beds and high quality furniture. Breakfast offers a greater choice, and fresh ingredients are cooked and presented with a high level of care.'

What's more the AA's stealth judge enjoyed the food at the restaurant so much that he awarded our head chef,
James Nixon, with an
AA Rosette, which reflects 'excellent restaurants that stand out in their local area,' which feature food 'prepared with care, understanding and skill, using good-quality ingredients.'

Considering James has been at the Ebrington for less than a year, and this is his first post as a head chef, this is an incredible achievement. We would therefore like to take this opportunity to congratulate James - and his second in command,
Simon Jennings - on their culinary excellence and huge contribution to putting The Ebrington Arms on the Cotswold’s gastronomic map.
The champagne's on us boys.
