Newwave Seafood provide us daily with excellent produce, which goes to make our delicious beer battered cod, pan-fried fillet of sea bream and mackerel dill and caper fish cakes.
Our cheeses come from
Fromage to Age, again just up the road in Chipping Campden. Our cheese platter, served with homemade chutney, is a savoury snack to savour for ever.
Drinkwaters are based at Washbrook Farm in Ebrington itself. They supply us with all of our fruit and vegetables, which are usually picked on the very day from fields around the pub before making it to your plate. This family company of producers can often be found supping a pint at the bar or testing their own produce.
